Consultative Selling Skills
 

At The Baron Group we infuse consultative selling with creative problem solving skills, elevating salespeople from vendor to trusted partner, and boosting results.

Coaching for Improved Performance


This two-day hands-on workshop teaches participants a specific approach to coaching. Participants learn how to collect the information needed prior to conducting a coaching session and how to plan effectively for their coaching sessions. They also learn a coaching cycle and the skills to make it work
